When an ad isn't working, the audience is rarely the problem
Most Facebook and Instagram ads that waste money are shown to roughly the right people. What goes wrong is one of three things: the ad itself doesn't stop anyone scrolling, Meta can't see who bought afterwards, or the budget is split so thin that Meta never learns who your buyers are. We fix those three first, because better targeting can't rescue an ad nobody watches.
What a Meta ads account needs before it can work
Meta has to see the sale
Meta learns who your buyers are from the sales it can see. The Meta Pixel reports them from your website; the Conversions API sends the same sales from your website's server, so a sale still counts when a phone or a browser blocks the Pixel. Meta recommends running the two together (Meta: About Conversions API). We set up both, and check that each sale is counted once.
Enough ads to test, made quickly
The ad that wins is rarely the one anyone would have picked. So we make many versions — short videos, still images, different openings — and let your buyers choose. We make them with AI from your real product photos, so testing many versions never waits for a new shoot (how we make them).
A budget that lets Meta learn
Meta needs about 50 results a week in an ad set before it can tell who your buyers are; below that, it reports the ad set as "learning limited" and results stay uneven (Meta: About learning limited). So we put your budget into fewer ad sets that can each reach that number, rather than many small ones that never do.
Your customer list, only with consent
A list of your past customers helps Meta find people like them. Uploading it is using personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, even when the emails are scrambled first (PDPC guidance, July 2025). We use only customers who agreed to hear from you.
What your competitors are running today
Before we spend anything, we read the ads your competitors are running on Facebook and Instagram right now, in Meta's public Ad Library: which they keep paying for, what they promise, what none of them says. You see it in a short report, and the first ads we make are built on it (Ad Intel).
How a month runs
- Review and rebuild. We read your account, your tracking and your last few months of results, and fix what stops Meta seeing the sale.
- Test. New ads go out in versions, side by side, on a budget each ad set can learn from.
- Move the money. Every week, the budget moves to the ads that bring customers in most cheaply, and away from the ones that don't.
- Report. You get the numbers that matter to you — what you spent, what each customer cost, what we change next — in plain words, every two weeks.
Your ad account stays yours
The ad account, the Pixel, your audiences and every ad we make sit in your own Meta business portfolio, in your company's name. We work inside it with partner access, which you can remove from your business settings. If you stop working with us, you keep everything: the account, its history and what it learned.
The result we can show: Buy&Ship
Buy&Ship, a cross-border shipping service in Singapore and Malaysia, had got all it could from its own Google Search ads. We moved its ads to video on Facebook and Instagram in the same two markets, and its cost per acquisition — the ad spend behind each request — fell from S$25.30 to S$3.49, 86% less.

What Meta ads cost
There are two parts: the money you pay Meta for the ads, from your own ad account, and our fee for running them. We quote the fee after the discovery call, once we know what you sell and what you spend now. For the ad budget, the question is whether each ad set can reach about 50 results a week at what a result costs in your market; we work that out with you from your current numbers before you spend anything.
Questions about Meta ads
Each new ad set starts in Meta's learning phase and settles once it has about 50 results in a week. On a budget that reaches that, the first reliable read usually comes within the first weeks; then the work is moving money to what works.
Enough for each ad set to reach about 50 results a week at your cost per result. If a sale costs S$20 to win, that is about S$1,000 a week for one ad set aiming at sales. When that is too much, we aim at an earlier step, such as an added-to-cart, which happens more often and lets Meta learn on a smaller budget.
Yes. The account, the Pixel, your audiences and every ad sit in your own Meta business portfolio. You remove our access, and everything stays with you.
Yes, both, and we check that each sale is counted once. On Shopify or WooCommerce, Meta's own connection makes it quick; on a custom-built site it needs your developer.
Both. We make the videos and images with AI from your real product photos, test them, and keep making new ones as the winners tire.
Let it do the making and the testing: it can turn your product photos into many versions and move the budget to the ones that work. Keep four decisions for yourself: the result each campaign chases, whether Meta can see your real sales, whether every ad is true to your product, and a weekly spending limit. Our guide explains each one: Should I let Meta's AI run my Facebook and Instagram ads?
Both run from one Meta account, and Meta can place each ad where a result costs least. We check where your buyers actually come from, and move the budget there.
Meta reaches people before they search; Google reaches them while they search. If people already search for exactly what you sell, Google Search often comes first. If they don't yet know they need it, or it sells on sight, Meta usually does. Buy&Ship moved from Google Search to Meta and paid 86% less per customer — we decide from your numbers, not a rule.
