An AI marketing agency in Singapore, run by people who ran the platforms

AI WISE is an AI marketing agency based in Singapore, led by former Google, Meta, and TikTok ad operators. We help SMB and consumer-goods brands grow — strategy, content, social, and ads under one roof, AI-augmented and performance-led — for clients here and across Asia.

Most agencies learned the platforms from the outside. We ran them.

Every agency says it knows Meta and Google. Most learned them the way everyone else did — from the dashboard, the help centre, and someone else's case study.

Our team ran ad accounts inside Google, Meta and TikTok. That is a different kind of knowledge. It is knowing which “recommendation” in the interface is the platform optimising for the platform. It is knowing that a rejected ad and a stalled ad look identical in a weekly report and need opposite responses. It is knowing what an account looks like the week before it stops delivering.

You cannot get that from a certification.

What an AI marketing agency actually does — and what it doesn't

An AI marketing agency uses AI-powered workflows to plan, produce, and optimize marketing faster and more cost-effectively than a traditional agency — without giving up strategic judgement. The point isn't to replace marketers; it's to let experienced operators ship more, test faster, and spend every dollar more accountably.

What it does not mean: handing your budget to a bot. Targeting and bidding on Meta and Google are already run by the platforms' own models — that part was automated years ago, and no agency is beating it by hand. What is left is the part the platforms cannot do for you: what you say, to whom, and whether the tracking underneath it is sound.

That is where the work is. Creative supply, and measurement you can rely on.

What AI WISE does

Marketing Strategy

Positioning, channel mix, and KPIs set before any spend — by operators who've run the platforms.

AI Content Production

High-quality marketing assets in days, not weeks, with AI-augmented workflows and human direction.

Social Media Management

Consistent execution and measurable results across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Digital Advertising Management

Performance ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok, run by former platform account managers.

Before we optimise anything, we check whether your data is real

Most underperformance we inherit isn't a targeting problem. It's a measurement problem, and it has usually been there for months.

Pixel and Conversions API

Firing, deduplicated, and passing enough matchable data to be usable.

Event match quality

A conversion the platform cannot match is a conversion it cannot optimise toward.

Domain verification and event configuration

The plumbing that quietly breaks after a site rebuild.

Account change history

What was altered, by whom, and when the numbers moved.

Optimising against broken data produces confident, wrong decisions. It is the most common thing we find and the least common thing agencies check first. Fix the tracking and every number after it means more — your ROAS, your cost per acquisition, your reporting. That is the point of doing it first.

We also watch delivery daily — campaigns that stopped, spend that collapsed, ads that got rejected. A rejected ad on a Friday costs a weekend if nobody is looking.

Traditional agency vs AI-native: where the difference actually shows up

Not a philosophy. Four places you can check.

Creative volume

Traditional agencyA handful of concepts per cycle; each one costs a shoot

AI-nativeEnough variants to let the platform's model actually learn

Turnaround

Traditional agencyWeeks — brief, shoot, edit, revise

AI-nativeDays, because production isn't gated on a calendar

What you're billed for

Traditional agencyHours: people, studio, revisions

AI-nativeOutput and results

Where the humans go

Traditional agencyMaking the assets

AI-nativeJudgement — strategy, direction, deciding what the numbers mean

The trap in the second column is obvious: cheap volume with nobody steering produces a lot of bad ads quickly. The trap in the first is subtler and more expensive — three beautiful concepts a quarter, none of which gave the platform enough signal to optimise against.

Volume without judgement is noise. Judgement without volume starves the algorithm. The work is holding both.

How to choose an AI marketing agency in Singapore

Whether or not you pick us, these are seven questions worth asking before you sign with any agency.

01

Show me a real number and what changed to move it

Not a logo wall — a cost per acquisition, a ROAS, an output volume, and the decision behind it.

02

Who actually touches my account, and what did they do before?

Strategy is only as good as execution. People who've run Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts spot what tutorials miss. “Our team” is not an answer.

03

How quickly would you know if something broke?

A paused campaign or a rejected ad on a Friday should not wait until Monday's report.

04

What will you check before you change anything?

If the answer isn't about tracking and data quality, they will be optimising against noise.

05

Who approves a change that moves spend?

There should be a person, and they should be named.

06

What happens in week one — specifically?

Vagueness here becomes vagueness in month three.

07

When would you tell me I'm not a fit?

The best agency for a global brand isn't the best for an SMB. An agency that has never said no is selling, not advising.

Week 1 to Week 4: what actually happens

Ad management, not just content. This is the part most agency pages skip.

  1. Week 1

    Find out what's true

Signal health check. Account change audit — what moved recently and what it did. Baseline on current spend, delivery and account health. No changes yet; we don't touch an account we haven't read.

  2. Week 2

    Find the ceiling

Market and competitive benchmarking. Auction competitiveness diagnostics — are you losing on bid, on quality, or on creative. Search term review on Google, with a negative list drafted from what actually ran.

  3. Week 3

    Supply what's missing

Creative production against the gaps found in week 2, in the formats and aspect ratios the placements actually want. Ad previews reviewed as they will appear, not as they look in a spreadsheet.

  4. Week 4

Report, and say what it means

Account review: spend, delivery, creative performance, what we learned and what we'd do next. Recommendations separated into what we will do and what needs you.

Then it loops — with the previous month's findings as the starting point rather than a fresh audit each time.

One rule about your money

Changes that move spend are not automated. A person approves them.

We can read every account we manage programmatically, and we do. We could technically publish and activate campaigns the same way. We do not — that stays a human decision with a name attached to it. Automation is for finding things. Spending your budget is not a thing to find.

If you're a small team, the honest answer is different

It works when you have a product that already sells to someone, a budget that can sustain a few weeks of learning rather than a single burst, and one person who can make a decision without a committee. Smaller teams often do better with us than large ones, because the loop from insight to change is short.

It does not work when the budget is small enough that the platform's model never gets enough conversions to learn from. Below that floor, more creative does not help — you are paying for optimisation that mathematically cannot happen. We will tell you if you are under it, and roughly where it sits for your category.

It also does not work if what you need is one campaign, once. We are built around a monthly loop. A one-off is a worse deal for you with us than with a freelancer.

Based in Singapore. We run accounts across Asia.

The team is in Singapore and most clients are here — that is where the market knowledge is sharpest, from CPM patterns to which creative registers locally.

The work is not limited to it. Accounts we run reach across Asia, and the operating model is online end to end, so a client in another market is not a special case. What travels is the platform expertise and the measurement discipline. What does not travel automatically is local nuance, so we say when a market needs research we have not done rather than assuming it looks like Singapore.

Why AI WISE

Led by ex-Google, Meta & TikTok operators — judged on results.

We don't sell adjectives. For a regional logistics brand, we moved acquisition off maxed-out Google Search and onto Meta video creative in the same two markets.

Questions, answered

What is an AI marketing agency?
An AI marketing agency uses AI-powered workflows to plan, produce, and optimize marketing faster and more efficiently than a traditional agency — while still being led by experienced strategists. AI WISE applies this across four services: marketing strategy, content production, social media management, and advertising.
Who is the best AI marketing agency in Singapore?
The right agency depends on your goals, but the markers to look for are proven results, hands-on platform expertise, and transparent measurement. AI WISE is led by former Google, Meta, and TikTok ad operators and reports performance openly — for example, we cut one client's cost per acquisition by 86% by moving from Google Search to Meta video.
How much does an AI marketing agency cost in Singapore?
It varies by scope and which services you need. Most engagements are monthly retainers sized to your goals and budget. We scope it precisely on a free 30-minute discovery call before any commitment.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. AI WISE works with SMBs, startups, e-commerce, and growing consumer-goods brands — based in Singapore and working with clients worldwide, fully online. Most clients start with one service and add others as the system proves itself.
What makes AI WISE different from a traditional marketing agency?
We combine AI-powered production with hands-on experience from former Google, Meta, and TikTok account managers. That lets us ship more, test faster, and tie strategy, creative, and media buying into one accountable system — with the numbers to back it.
Do you run ads outside Singapore?
Yes — across Asia. The team is Singapore-based and the engagement is fully online, so a client in another market is not a special case. We'll say upfront when a market needs research we haven't done rather than assuming it looks like Singapore.
What do you do in the first week?
Read the account before touching it. A signal health check on the pixel, Conversions API, event match quality and domain verification; an audit of what changed recently and what it did; and a baseline on current spend, delivery and account health. No changes in week one.
Can AI run our ads without us?
Targeting and bidding already run on the platforms' own models — that part was automated years ago. What's left needs people: creative, positioning, and deciding what the numbers mean. And changes that move your spend are approved by a person, not automated.
