Privacy policy

AI WISE PTE. LTD. (“AI WISE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business or marketing-related information submitted through forms, inquiries, or communications

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device information
  • Pages visited and interaction data

This information is used solely for website functionality, analytics, and service improvement.

Downloads and call bookings. When you request a download or book a call, we keep your email address and, if you give it, your company website, so we can follow up with you about AI WISE. Before a download, we check that your email domain can receive mail, that the inbox exists and that the website responds. These checks run on our own systems.

Automated visits. When an automated system run by an AI company, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, fetches a page on this site, we record the fetch: the page, the time, the system’s name, the IP address and the country it came from. We use this to see which AI services read our site. We do not record this for people browsing the site, and an IP address that does not match the AI company’s published list is deleted within 14 days.

2. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests
  • Communicate about our services
  • Provide consultations or proposals
  • Improve our website, services, and user experience
  • Conduct internal analysis and performance measurement

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Understand website usage
  • Improve performance and functionality
  • Analyse traffic and engagement patterns
  • Measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have visited our site

You choose which of these we use. On your first visit, a small card at the bottom of the page asks about two groups: statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising (the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and Google Ads). In Singapore and the United States they run until you switch them off. Everywhere else, neither group runs until you choose. The only cookie we use without asking is the one that remembers your choice, for six months. You can change your choice at any time in , at the foot of every page.

We also count visits ourselves, without cookies: the page, the site you came from, your country and your type of device. To count each visitor once a day, we keep a code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your internet address or your browser’s details. We keep these counts for at most 25 months, use them only ourselves and never combine them with other data. You can switch this off in Cookie settings too.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — such as pages viewed, traffic sources, and general engagement. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; IP addresses are anonymised and we do not use this data to personally identify you.

You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser settings (this may affect certain website features). See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.

We also use the Meta Pixel, from Meta Platforms (which runs Facebook and Instagram). It tells us when people who saw or clicked our ads visit our site or book a call, so we can measure those ads, and it lets us show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site. Meta receives details such as the pages you visit and your browser and device, and handles them under Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can choose which ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

We also use the TikTok Pixel, from TikTok. It tells us when people who saw or clicked our TikTok ads visit our site or book a call, so we can measure those ads, and it lets us show our ads on TikTok to people who have visited our site. TikTok receives details such as the pages you visit and your browser and device, and handles them under TikTok’s Privacy Policy. You can choose which ads you see in your TikTok ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We may share information only with trusted third-party service providers that support our operations (such as website hosting, analytics, advertising platforms such as Meta, scheduling tools, or communication platforms).

These providers are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect your data.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent for communications
