Google Ads agency in Singapore, for search, shopping and YouTube ads judged by what each customer costs

We run Google Ads for businesses in Singapore and across Asia — Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube — and we judge every campaign by one number: what each new customer costs you. The work is led by Felix Zhu Shunhao, who ran advertising at Google and Meta before he founded AI WISE.

Google Ads is the place to meet people who are already looking

Someone typing "aircon servicing Tampines" or "corporate gifts Singapore" already knows what they want. Google Ads puts you in front of them at that moment. That is its strength, and it is also where a Google budget leaks: paying for searches that only look like your customers', sending them to a page that doesn't answer them, and letting Google bid for a result that isn't a sale.

What a Google Ads account needs before it can work

Google has to see the sale

Smart bidding learns from the conversions it can see. Google recommends judging a Target CPA campaign over at least 30 conversions in the last 30 days, and a Target ROAS campaign on Search or Shopping needs at least 15 conversions in 30 days before you set a target (Google: About Target CPA, About Target ROAS). So before anything else we check that each sale or enquiry is counted, once, with the Google tag on your site. Where most sales close away from the site — on the phone, on WhatsApp, at a showroom — enhanced conversions for leads lets Google learn from them too (Google: About enhanced conversions).

The right campaign for what you sell

Google offers several kinds of campaign, each for a different job (Google: Choose the right campaign type):

  • Search: text ads for people searching for what you sell — usually the first place money earns its keep.
  • Performance Max: one campaign across all of Google — Search, YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps — that needs clean conversion data to steer well, so we add it once Search is counting sales properly.
  • Shopping: product listings with price and picture, for shops selling from a product catalogue.
  • YouTube and Demand Gen: video and image ads for people who don't yet know they need you, on YouTube, Shorts, Discover and Gmail (Google: About Demand Gen).

We start where your buyers already are, usually Search, and add the others when the numbers say they will pay.

Ads and pages that match the search

Your position and price in Google's auction depend on more than your bid: the quality of your ad and of the page it leads to, how well it fits the search, and the competition at that moment. Google says a relevant ad can win a higher position at a lower price (Google: About Ad Rank). So we write ads for the searches that sell, keep out the ones that only look similar, and send each one to a page that answers it.

Verified, and in your own name

Google is asking every advertiser, in turn, to verify who they are, shows the verified name and location on the ads, and can pause an account until it is done (Google: Advertiser verification). Financial services ads aimed at Singapore need Google's extra verification with proof of an MAS licence or another listed permission (Google: Financial services verification, Singapore). We take you through it before the first ad runs, so a campaign is never paused halfway.

How a month runs

  1. Review and rebuild. We read your account, your tracking, your search terms and your last few months of results, and fix what stops Google seeing the sale.
  2. Test. New ads and landing pages go out side by side, aimed at the searches that bring buyers.
  3. Move the money. Every week, budget moves to the campaigns and searches that bring customers in most cheaply, and searches that never buy are blocked.
  4. Report. Every two weeks you get the numbers that matter to you — what you spent, what each customer cost, what we change next — in plain words.

Your Google Ads account stays yours

Your account sits in your company's name. We send a link request from our manager account and you accept it; Google says linking does not by itself transfer ownership, so you stay the account's administrator (Google: About linking accounts). If you stop working with us, you keep everything: the account, its history and what it learned.

The result we can show, and what it says about Google

Buy&Ship, a cross-border shipping service in Singapore and Malaysia, had got all it could from its own Google Search ads. We moved its ads to video on Facebook and Instagram in the same two markets, and its cost per acquisition — the ad spend behind each request — fell from S$25.30 to S$3.49, 86% less. We tell the story on a Google Ads page because it is the point: we choose the channel from your numbers, not from the service we are selling you.

What Google Ads cost

There are two parts: the money you pay Google for the clicks, from your own ad account, and our fee for running the account. We quote the fee after the discovery call, once we know what you sell and what you spend now. What moves the cost of each customer is mostly in the auction — how many advertisers want the same searches, and how good your ads and pages are — and in how clearly Google can see your sales.

Questions about Google Ads

Search ads reach people already searching as soon as they are approved, so the first enquiries can come early. Smart bidding needs counted conversions before it settles; Google suggests judging it over about 30 conversions.
